Jingfang mainly refers to the ancient classical prescriptions recorded in "Treatise on Cold Disease" and "Synopsis of Golden Chamber". It is the core content of the strongest standardization in traditional Chinese medicine. In recent years, "Jingfang fever" has greatly benefited many patients, and the inheritance of Jingfang has been increasingly valued by the Chinese medicine industry at home and abroad and even the society, and has become a highland in the inheritance and innovation development of traditional Chinese medicine.

Professor Chen Guohua of Wuhan First Hospital has been committed to the study of classical prescriptions for a long time and is rigorous in his studies. He has thoroughly studied the classic works of traditional Chinese medicine such as Treatise on Cold Disease and Synopsis of Golden Chamber. He has conducted in-depth analysis on the principles of prescription composition, drug compatibility and curative effect mechanism of classical prescriptions, and advocated the corresponding prescription and syndrome in clinical practice, emphasizing the close combination of theory and practice. The treatment of common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases has a very good effect, especially difficult diseases and rare diseases in neurology, and the therapeutic effect is sometimes unexpected. At the same time, Professor Chen Guohua also advocated to inject new vitality into the study of classical prescriptions under the background of the era of coordination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and proposed that the correspondence of prescription and syndrome is most likely to ensure the stability and repeatability of curative effect, and is conducive to collecting relevant evidence in line with the concept of evidence-based medicine. As the discipline leader of the Department of Neurology of Wuhan First Hospital, he has led the general Department of Neurology to practice the "6J concept" in recent years, that is, accurate Western medicine, classic Chinese medicine, exquisite technology, fine quality, fine service and lean management, which has significantly improved the diagnosis and treatment level of Chinese and Western medicine in each subspecialty of neurology.

Professor Chen Guohua's wonderful performance at the International Economic Prescriptions Conference is not only a demonstration of his academic achievements, but also a demonstration of the strength and style of Wuhan First Hospital in the research and application of economic prescriptions. It is believed that with the joint efforts of all colleagues in the hospital, this treasure of traditional Chinese medicine will glow with more brilliant brilliance and make greater contributions to the city's health cause.
