In order to further promote the construction of the standardized training teacher team of our hospital for resident doctors, strengthen the connotation of teachers, and enhance the comprehensive ability and awareness of teaching, according to the national requirements for resident training teacher training, our hospital organized a standardized training teacher training course for resident doctors from May 8, 2024 to June 7, 2024. Various professional bases, rotating department directors, teaching directors, teaching secretaries, backbone teachers, grass-roots teachers and other teachers participated in this training.
This training is carried out in a combination of online and offline. Online training, combined with the "Standardized Training Content and Standards for Residents (2022 edition)" issued by the state, "Standardized Training Base Standards for Residents (2022 edition)", "Standardized Training and teaching activities Guide for residents", carefully arranged policy and system interpretation, teaching ability training, teaching evaluation and feedback and other rich courses. Relying on the online training service platform to carry out online management of participation training and teaching, through one lesson one practice, completion assessment, objective evaluation and analysis of course learning effects. For offline training, Ye Yanqing, director of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University, was invited to lead teachers to deepen their teaching awareness and improve their teaching ability through self-innovation according to the requirements of residential training standards, with the title of "Clinical Teacher Role Positioning and Teaching ability Improvement". Lu Zhanghong, director of the People's Hospital of Wuhan University, with the title of "Interpretation and Application of Residential Training Teaching Activity Guidelines", started from four types of teaching activity guidelines, combined with clinical practice and scoring rules, and explained in detail the confusion of teachers in the organization and implementation of clinical teaching activities. After the end of the training, the theoretical assessment was carried out on site. After the online and offline courses were completed and the assessment was passed, the hospital awarded the hospital-level teacher training certificate to 583 teachers.
In order to promote education and improve quality, the hospital will continue to train teachers at the hospital level and send teachers to participate in provincial and above training, providing an important guarantee for comprehensively improving the level and quality of standardized training and teaching of hospital residents.
